Chocolate Covered Pecans Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 pack - Semi-sweet Chocolate
  • 1 cup - Confectioners' Sugar (sifted)
  • 1 - Egg (well-beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon - Milk
  • Something to decorate
  • 1/3 cup - Pecans (finely chopped)

Method:
  1. Melt chocolate in a saucepan. Keep the heat to the minimum and stir constantly.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Beat in sugar, egg and milk until smooth.
  4. Let it cool for about 30 minutes until it is firm enough to handle.
  5. Shape into 1/2" balls.
  6. Roll in finely chopped pecans.
