Apple and Maple Syrup Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 - Pie Crust
  • 4 - Apples (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup - Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon - Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon - Margarine

Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 350o F.
  2. Place the apples in the piecrust.
  3. Blend the maple syrup with the cornstarch in a blender.
  4. Pour the mixture into a saucepan with the margarine and cook over moderate heat.
  5. Stir continuously until the consistency of the mixture becomes very thick.
  6. Pour the maple syrup mixture over the apples.
  7. Bake for about 45 minutes.
